Dr. Woolf is a familiar face to many, as he is transferring from our Avondale Chiropractic Clinic to our brand new Surprise Chiropractic Clinic. Our staff in Surprise is excited to be a part of this wonderful community and cannot wait to provide you with the same great chiropractic care we have been providing for over 20 years in the West Valley.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Dr. Woolf has helped treat and care for over 11,000 patients ranging from newborns to seniors. Dr. Woolf attended Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta, GA, after being told by his father that he had a real talent. Dr. Woolf lives in Avondale, AZ with his wife, two children and three dogs. He is a huge fan of all major sports and is an undercover cook!
